Drone faults cluster into a handful of patterns. Motor arms snap in crashes and are the single most common job we take in — the arm carries the motor and its wiring, so a break is structural and electrical at once. Gimbals are the next group: vibration or shake from worn shock absorbers, a gimbal that will not unlock and reports error 40002, or a camera and gimbal assembly damaged badly enough to need replacing outright. Batteries left unused for months go into hibernation and read as no power, which looks like a dead drone but usually is not. Beyond that we see ESC failures, IMU calibration faults, landing gear damage, and cracked top and underbody shells on the FPV models.
We diagnose before we quote. Crash damage rarely stops at the visible break — an arm that looks like the only casualty can come with a bent motor mount or a damaged ESC underneath, and quoting the arm on its own would be quoting a job we cannot finish. Diagnostics is a listed service on every model page, so you can send the drone in without knowing what is wrong with it.
Drone repairs take longer than console and controller work: 3 to 7 days is typical, and longer when a part has to be ordered in, which is usually the case with arm replacements. Drop off at our London workshop or post it in from anywhere in the world — both routes get the same inspection and the same documentation. All finished work carries a 12-month warranty.

How does mail-in work?
Choose your repair and pay at checkout, adding a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label if you're in the UK (worldwide, we send you our workshop address). Post it in, we repair and test it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international. Not sure what's wrong? Ask for a quote instead: we confirm the price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are typically turned around in 1 to 3 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and our workmanship. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered - the full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do I pay upfront?
Fixed-price repairs you choose on our site, including mail-in, are paid at checkout. Workshop drop-offs booked by appointment are paid when you collect. If you asked for a quote or sent it in for diagnosis, we confirm the price first and send you a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it - nothing is charged before you approve it. No fix, no fee.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
