Every Custom Pro Controller starts the same way: a genuine PS5 DualSense shell, stripped down and rebuilt with the parts you choose. TMR sticks are the default because they don't drift โ they read stick position with a magnetic sensor instead of a potentiometer, so there's no contact wear point to fail. From there it's your call: two or four back paddles, clicky face buttons, clicky or Hall-effect triggers, faceplate and stick cap colours.
We build to order rather than from stock, so turnaround is longer than a repair โ expect to wait while parts are fitted and the unit is tested, not same-day. Every build gets calibrated and checked with our own controller tester before it's boxed, with photo or video confirmation so you can see the work before it leaves.
Order online and we build and ship; there's no drop-off step the way there is with a repair. All custom builds carry 12-month coverage, and if a stick or paddle fails within that window it's a warranty job, not a new charge.

How does mail-in work?
Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered.
Do I pay upfront?
You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
