All five start from a PS5 DualSense shell with TMR or GuliKit 720 sticks, so drift isn't a concern on any of them — the difference is what's built on top. OG Pro Starter is the base spec: drift-free sticks and nothing else, for anyone who wants the fault fixed without paying for features they won't use. Common Questions

How does mail-in work?

Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.

How long does it take?

Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.

What's the warranty?

Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered.

Do I pay upfront?

You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.

Is it safe to send my device?

Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
