This page covers every controller brand we service, not just first-party pads. Stick drift is the most common fault across all of them — PS5 DualSense and PS4 DualShock 4 use the same potentiometer stick design as most Xbox pads, so the failure mode is identical even though the controller looks different. Premium controllers (SCUF, Battle Beaver, AIM, Xbox Elite Series 2) add their own wear points on top: back paddle mechanisms, trigger stops, and swappable stick modules that loosen over time.
What we do depends on the fault. Drift gets fixed with a clean and recalibration if caught early, or a stick swap to TMR if the potentiometer has actually worn out. Paddle and trigger issues are usually mechanical rather than electronic. We diagnose before we quote, so if a repair isn't worth it — the controller's too old, or the fault runs deeper than expected — we'll tell you rather than charge for a job that won't hold.

Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered.
Do I pay upfront?
You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
