Konsolfel faller in i ett fåtal kategorier oavsett märke: HDMI-portar som slutar skicka signal (oftast från en kabel som dragits i en vinkel snarare än rakt ut), överhettning från års dammuppbyggnad och torkad värmepasta, skivenheter som slutar läsa, och enheter som inte startar alls. Lagrings- och anslutningsproblem - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, USB-portar - förekommer mer sällan men följer samma mönster: en fysisk komponent har gått sönder, inte ett inställningsproblem du kan lösa själv.

Yes, from anywhere in the UK. Console repairs are UK only; controllers we take from anywhere in the world.
I bought a pair of TMRs for my DualSense Edge, and they fit perfectly. The idea of sending the customer a video and photos of the calibration is excellent - it really instills confidence and credibility. Great work!
