Free Shipping Over £100

Product orders (custom controllers, quick picks, Edge/TMR modules, accessories and parts) of £100 or more ship free, worldwide on the standard service. Repair services are excluded — repair shipping is priced separately below.

International Shipping (Products)

We ship worldwide. International shipping is charged by destination and shown at checkout — for example, EU Standard International (2-11 business days) starts at £9.99 and Standard International outside the EU (3-17 business days) starts at £23.99, with lower rates on custom controllers and Edge modules. Orders of £100 or more ship free on the standard service.

Refurbished consoles and controllers ship worldwide on their own flat rates: Europe (EU plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Monaco and Andorra) — Standard 7-10 working days at £19.99 per console or £12.99 per controller, Express 4-7 working days at £29.99 / £22.99; rest of the world — Standard 10-13 working days at £34.99 / £27.99, Express 7-10 working days at £44.99 / £37.99. UK refurbished orders ship free on Standard (2-3 working days) or £9.99 on Express (1-2 working days), with same-day dispatch before 2pm Monday to Friday. Import duties and customs charges outside the UK are not included and are the customer's responsibility; whether they are charged depends on the destination country.

Shipping for Repairs

Repair services always use their own shipping options and are never part of the free-over-£100 offer.

Drop-Off: Customers may drop off their item for repair at Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR, United Kingdom.

Skicka in: Customers can send their item using their own preferred method or choose a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout — Tracked 48: £6.99 eller Tracked 24: £9.99. Internationella kunder får fullständiga instruktioner om posten efter bokning.

Return Leg: När reparationen är klar skickar vi din vara tillbaka till dig spårad utan extra kostnad - i Storbritannien och internationellt. Snabbare returfrakt är tillgänglig på begäran.

Repair & upgrade turnaround: The typical time shown on each repair or upgrade page is what we achieve in normal conditions once your device is with us. When the workshop is busy, a repair or upgrade can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days. We do everything we can to avoid that and keep you updated throughout. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include postage either way.

Taxes & Duties

UK Orders: Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
EU & International: Additional import duties, customs charges, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking, Damaged & Lost Items
