How much does it cost to fix PS5 controller stick drift?

This collection exists because most people who come to us have one of a handful of faults, not something unusual. Stick drift tops the list by a wide margin — the potentiometer inside a stock analog stick wears down with normal use, on every controller brand that uses one, and starts registering movement when you're not touching it. After that it's worn face buttons and sticky triggers, both mechanical wear rather than electronics faults, and on premium pads specifically, back paddle mechanisms that stop registering or double-fire.
What we do about each depends on how far gone it is. Early-stage drift can sometimes be fixed with a clean and recalibration; once the potentiometer's actually worn, the fix is a stick swap to TMR, which doesn't share the same failure mode. Button and trigger issues are almost always mechanical and get fixed by replacing the worn part, not the whole module.

How long does it take?
Most repairs are typically turned around in 1 to 3 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and our workmanship. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered - the full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do I pay upfront?
Fixed-price repairs you choose on our site, including mail-in, are paid at checkout. Workshop drop-offs booked by appointment are paid when you collect. If you asked for a quote or sent it in for diagnosis, we confirm the price first and send you a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it - nothing is charged before you approve it. No fix, no fee.
Is it safe to send my device?
