Most controllers ship with potentiometer analog sticks — a design that wears down with normal use and eventually causes stick drift, whatever the brand. The fix isn't a repair that will fail again in six months; it's a swap to TMR (tunnel magnetoresistive) sensors, which read stick position magnetically and don't have the same wear point. We fit these across PS5 DualSense, Xbox controllers, SCUF, AIM, Battle Beaver, and Meta Quest 2/3 pads.
Beyond sticks, the common upgrade requests are back paddles (useful in FPS and platformers where you don't want to take your thumb off the stick to jump or reload) and trigger mods — clicky triggers for faster reset, or shortened pull for competitive shooters.
Every upgrade includes calibration and a photo/video check before it ships back, tested with our own controller tester app so you're not taking our word for it. Drop it at our London workshop or post it to us — we work the same way either direction, mail-in just adds a day or two. All upgrade work carries 12-month coverage.

Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?

Do I pay upfront?
You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
