Know someone with a console or controller gathering dust? Give them your code. When we pay them for it, they get 5% extra as store credit, and so do you.
No separate sign-up. Your code exists the moment you have an account, or the moment you sell something to us.
Paid by bank transfer or in store credit: either way they also get 5% of the payout as store credit to spend with us.
5% of your friend's payout as store credit, every time someone uses your code. No cap on how many friends you refer.
A worked example
Your friend sells a PS5 to us for £200. They're paid £200, plus £10 in store credit. You get £10 in store credit. A £40 controller? You'd each get £2.
How it works

Sign in or create an account. Your code is under Account → Referrals & credit. Sold to us before? It's the same code from your confirmation screen.
- 2Your friend sells their tech
They enter your code on the Sell Your Tech form, or use your share link and it fills itself in. We collect, test and pay them as normal.
- 3You both get credit
When their payout is made, 5% lands in your account and 5% in theirs. You'll both get an email.
How the credit works
Store credit is a balance, not a one-off voucher. Spend £30 of a £50 credit on a repair and £20 stays for next time. At checkout, tap "Apply my credit".
Questions
Do I need an account?
To see your code and your credit balance, yes. It's free and takes a minute. If you've sold to us before, your code was shown on your confirmation screen and works already; sign in with the same email and it's linked to your account.
When do we get the credit?
The moment your friend's payout is made, after we've received and checked their device. You'll both get an email with the credit code, and it appears in your account straight away.
Is there a limit?
No. Every friend who sells to us with your code earns you 5% of their payout. Codes can't be used on your own sales, and each sale can use one code.
What can I spend the credit on?
Anything on ogrepairs.com: repairs, upgrades, refurbished consoles and controllers, custom builds. It comes off the order total at checkout and any remainder stays on your balance.
Does the credit expire?
No. It sits on your account until you use it.
My friend forgot to enter my code. Can it be added afterwards?
Reply to their confirmation email with your code before the device is paid out and we'll add it. Once a payout has been made it can't be applied retrospectively.
Referral credit is 5% of the friend's final agreed payout, issued as OG Repairs store credit to both parties when the payout is made. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts don't qualify. Store credit has no cash value and can't be transferred. We may pause or change the programme at any time; credit already issued is unaffected.
