Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the drone repair take?
We aim to complete drone repairs as safely and as soon as possible - typically 3-7 days if parts are available. We keep you updated throughout with photos and videos of the work.
How do I send my drone in?
As soon as you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email. In the UK that includes a prepaid tracked label - a QR code to use at your local Post Office. Outside the UK we send our workshop address and shipping instructions so you can post your drone in.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs carried out at OG Repairs.
Can you repair crash damage?
Yes - broken arms, gimbal and camera damage, cracked shells and post-crash errors are some of our most common drone repairs. Tick the services you need above, or get a free quote if you're not sure what's wrong.
My DJI model isn't listed - can you still help?
Almost certainly. Send us the model and the fault through our drone repair quote page and we'll confirm parts availability and price before you send anything in.
Do you send proof of the repair?
Yes - we send photos and a before/after video showing the fault fixed, so you can be confident in the work before your device is even back in your hands.
Can I drop it off in person?
UK customers can drop off at our London workshop (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Mail-in is available worldwide - just choose your preferred option at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay - so you can spread the cost with interest-free instalments.
