Fixes for the PS5 DualSense Edge, done on our bench in South London.
Edge stick drift: the Edge's sticks sit in swappable modules, but a new Sony module has the same rubbing potentiometer stick inside, so the drift comes back. We fit TMR sticks inside both of your modules instead. TMR reads the stick with a magnet, so there is nothing to wear. GuliKit 720 TMR with adjustable tension is also available.
We also fix the Edge's back paddles, triggers, face buttons and D-pad, the charging port and the headphone jack, a controller that won't turn on, and the replaceable back panel, and we offer an ultrasonic deep clean. The 4000mAh battery upgrade replaces the Edge's small stock battery.
Every repair is tested with the paddles included, and photos or video of the work are available on request. 12-month warranty, no fix, no fee. Drop it off in London by appointment, or mail it in with a free tracked return.

How long will the repair take?
We aim to complete repairs in 1 day, as safely and as soon as possible, however note it can take up to 3-5 days or longer depending on parts availability. When we're busy, a repair or upgrade can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that and keep you updated.
How do I send my controller in?
As soon as you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email. In the UK that includes your prepaid tracked label (if you chose one at checkout) - a QR code to use at your local Post Office. Outside the UK we send our workshop address and shipping instructions so you can post your controller in. Once repaired, we ship it back to you tracked at no charge - UK and international.
I have an unofficial controller, can you repair it?
We only repair official, BattleBeaver, Aim, or SCUF controllers.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs carried out at OG Repairs.
Can you repair a modified controller?
Yes, we can, however it will incur additional charges. Please do add a note on your order if this is the case.
Do you send proof of the repair?
Yes - we send photos and a before/after video showing the fault fixed, so you can be confident in the work before your device is even back in your hands.
Can I drop it off in person?
UK customers can drop off at our London workshop (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Mail-in is available worldwide - just choose your preferred option at checkout.
