My back buttons do not work. Is that this repair?
If the panel is fine but the buttons do not register, pick the back paddle repair instead. If the panel is damaged too, tick both.
Is the new back panel the same as the original?
It is a replacement back panel made to fit the DualSense Edge. Your own back buttons, battery and board go back in.

Yes. Every repair and upgrade we carry out on a controller comes with a 12-month warranty from our London workshop, and we send photos or video of the finished work before it ships back to you.
