Repairs specific to the Xbox Series X — HDMI port, disc drive, overheating, and no-power faults, the four issues that account for most of what comes through the workshop for this console. It's newer than the One generation, but the same physical wear points still apply.
The Series X runs hotter under sustained load than its size suggests, which is why overheating repairs on it are almost always a deep clean plus thermal paste replacement rather than a simple dust-out — dried thermal paste is a bigger factor on this console than on most. HDMI port failure is usually mechanical: a cable pulled at an angle stresses the port's solder joints on the mainboard over time, and eventually the connection fails even though the cable and TV are both fine.
Disc drive faults apply to the disc-edition Series X specifically and mean the drive mechanism has failed, not that a disc is scratched. No-power faults are the hardest to diagnose from the symptom alone — it can be the power supply, a connector, or a mainboard fault, and we won't know which until we've run a proper check, which is why we diagnose before quoting rather than assume.
Drop your Series X at our London workshop or post it to us; consoles travel fine in the post when packed properly. All finished repairs carry 12-month coverage.

Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered.
Do I pay upfront?
You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.
