Common questions
Which consoles does it work on?
Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One and Windows PC, wired (USB-C) or wireless, just like a stock Xbox Series controller.
What do TMR sticks change?
Stock sticks use potentiometers that wear and start to drift. TMR sticks read the stick position with magnets and no contact, so there is nothing to wear. They look the same as the originals.
Can I send my own Xbox Series X|S controller in?
Yes. Choose "Upgrade my own controller" at the start of the builder and the build costs less. It travels like a mail-in repair: a prepaid Royal Mail QR code in the UK, mail-in instructions elsewhere, and the finished build comes back to you.
How long does it take?
Each controller is built to order and tested by hand. The standard build time is 2 weeks, then it ships. If you send your own controller in, the clock starts when it arrives.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, custom controllers ship worldwide.
Which colours can I choose?
The faceplate and back shell come in black, and the analog sticks come in seven colours.
