Most repairs are completed the same day if you drop off at our London workshop, or within 1-3 business days for mail-in. We keep you updated throughout.
Yes - we send photos and a before/after video showing the fault fixed, so you can be confident in the work before your device is even back in your hands.
UK customers can drop off at our London workshop (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Mail-in is available worldwide - just choose your preferred option at checkout.
Every repair, upgrade and custom build is backed by a 12-month warranty from our London workshop.
