Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the repair take?
We aim to complete repairs in 1 day, as safely and as soon as possible, however note it can take up to 3-5 days or longer depending on parts availability.
How do I send my controller in?
As soon as you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email. In the UK that includes your prepaid tracked label (if you chose one at checkout) - a QR code to use at your local Post Office. Outside the UK we send our workshop address and shipping instructions so you can post your controller in. Once repaired, we ship it back to you tracked at no charge - UK and international.
I have an unofficial controller, can you repair it?
We only repair official, BattleBeaver, Aim, or SCUF controllers.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs carried out at OG Repairs.
Can you repair a modified controller?
Yes, we can, however it will incur additional charges. Please do add a note on your order if this is the case.
Do you send proof of the repair?
Yes - we send photos and a before/after video showing the fault fixed, so you can be confident in the work before your device is even back in your hands.
Can I drop it off in person?
UK customers can drop off at our London workshop (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Mail-in is available worldwide - just choose your preferred option at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay - so you can spread the cost with interest-free instalments.
