Does rice fix a wet controller?
No. Rice does not remove the residue or the corrosion on the board, which is what kills controllers after a spill.
Can every water-damaged controller be saved?
Not every one. Liquid damage varies, and the sooner it comes in, the better the odds.
How do I get my DualSense to you?
Mail it in from anywhere: UK orders can include a prepaid tracked label, and international customers get our workshop address and packing instructions by email. We send it back tracked at no extra charge. In the UK you can also drop it off at our London workshop by appointment.
Is the water damage repair covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every repair and upgrade we carry out on a controller comes with a 12-month warranty from our London workshop, and we send photos or video of the finished work before it ships back to you.
