No. This price is the fitting service. Send your parts in with the controller.
Can I add TMR sticks while it is open?
Yes. Tick the TMR upgrade too; extra jobs in the same order are 10% off.
How do I get my DualSense to you?
Mail it in from anywhere: UK orders can include a prepaid tracked label, and international customers get our workshop address and packing instructions by email. We send it back tracked at no extra charge. In the UK you can also drop it off at our London workshop by appointment.
Is the shell & button swap covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every repair and upgrade we carry out on a controller comes with a 12-month warranty from our London workshop, and we send photos or video of the finished work before it ships back to you.
