Frequently Asked Questions
Is this good for every game?
It is built for shooters and competitive play. If you rely on gradual trigger pressure for racing, keep stock triggers.
Can I keep my stock buttons and only change the triggers?
Yes, pick the clicky triggers upgrade on its own.
How do I get my DualSense to you?
Mail it in from anywhere: UK orders can include a prepaid tracked label, and international customers get our workshop address and packing instructions by email. We send it back tracked at no extra charge. In the UK you can also drop it off at our London workshop by appointment.
Are the clicky buttons & triggers covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every repair and upgrade we carry out on a controller comes with a 12-month warranty from our London workshop, and we send photos or video of the finished work before it ships back to you.
