Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Free Shipping Over £100

Product orders (custom controllers, quick picks, Edge/TMR modules, accessories and parts) of £100 or more ship free, worldwide on the standard service. Repair services are excluded — repair shipping is priced separately below.

International Shipping (Products)

We ship worldwide. International shipping is charged by destination and shown at checkout — for example, EU Standard International (2-11 business days) starts at £9.99 and Standard International outside the EU (3-17 business days) starts at £23.99, with lower rates on custom controllers and Edge modules. Orders of £100 or more ship free on the standard service.

Refurbished PlayStation and Xbox consoles ship to UK addresses only. At over 2 kg they are too heavy to send abroad reliably, so checkout does not accept a delivery address outside the UK for them. Refurbished Nintendo Switch consoles, VR headsets and controllers also ship to Europe (EU plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Monaco and Andorra) on their own flat rates: Standard 7-10 working days or Express 3-7 working days, and to the rest of the world on Standard (10-13 working days) or Express (7-10 working days), fully tracked, with the price for your country shown at checkout. An order holding both a refurbished console and a controller pays one delivery charge, at the console rate. Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey addresses are served at UK refurbished rates. UK refurbished orders ship on Standard (2-3 working days) for £3.99, free on orders of £100 or more, or £9.99 on Express (1-2 working days), with same-day dispatch before 2pm Monday to Friday. Import duties and customs charges outside the UK are not included and are the customer's responsibility; whether they are charged depends on the destination country.

Shipping for Repairs

Repair services always use their own shipping options and are never part of the free-over-£100 offer.

Drop-Off: Customers may drop off their item for repair at Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR, United Kingdom.

Send-In: Customers can send their item using their own preferred method or add postage to our workshop at checkout (Royal Mail Tracked 48: £6.99). We email you a QR code: take your device to any Post Office and the counter scans it - no printing or label needed. International customers receive full mail-in instructions after booking.

Return Leg: Once the repair is complete, we ship your item back to you tracked at no additional cost — in the UK and internationally. Faster return shipping is available on request.

Repair & upgrade turnaround: The typical time shown on each repair or upgrade page is what we achieve in normal conditions once your device is with us. When the workshop is busy, a repair or upgrade can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days. We do everything we can to avoid that and keep you updated throughout. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include postage either way.

Taxes & Duties

UK Orders: Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
EU & International: Additional import duties, customs charges, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking, Damaged & Lost Items

Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If lost in transit, we'll investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund once confirmed lost.
