Dispatch Times

- Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
UK Shipping
- Standard (2-4 business days): £5.99
- Free Shipping: Orders £50.00 and above qualify for free standard shipping.
EU Shipping
- Standard International (2-11 business days): £14.99
International (Outside EU)
- Standard International (3-17 business days): £23.99
Shipping for Repairs
Drop-Off: Customers may drop off their item for repair at Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR, United Kingdom.
Send-In: Customers can send their item using their own preferred method or request a prepaid label (charges may apply). Once the repair is complete, we return the item using our UK Standard Service (2-4 business days) at no additional cost. Faster return shipping is available on request.

- UK Orders: Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
- EU & International: Additional import duties, customs charges, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking, Damaged & Lost Items
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If lost in transit, we'll investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund once confirmed lost.
