How much does a PS5 controller repair cost?
At OG Repairs a PS5 DualSense stick drift repair is £24.99 with standard sticks or £34.99 with TMR sticks that don't wear. Sticky buttons are £24.99, a new battery £19.99 and a charging port repair £24.99. Every repair is a fixed price with a 12-month warranty, and extra repairs in the same order are 10% off.
Key facts
- Every PS5 DualSense fault has a fixed price, shown before you book.
- Stick drift is wear inside the stick. TMR sticks cost a little more than standard ones and stop that wear.
- Each extra repair on the same controller in the same order is 10% off.
- No fix, no fee: if we can't repair it, you don't pay for the repair.
- Controllers are accepted by post from anywhere in the world, or dropped off at our London workshop by appointment.

Is it worth repairing a PS5 controller?
Usually, yes. Most DualSense faults are worn or dirty parts: sticks, buttons, triggers, a tired battery. Fixing them costs less than a new controller in most cases, and TMR sticks stop the wear that causes drift, which a new standard controller doesn't. If the board itself has failed, we tell you before you pay for anything.
DualSense Edge and pro controllers cost more
Pro controllers have more parts and take longer to open, so they're priced separately. On a DualSense Edge, TMR sticks fitted to both modules are £64.99 and a back paddle repair is £59.99. SCUF, Battle Beaver and AIM controllers have their own price lists on our controller repairs page.
How the repair works
- Book online and pick the fault. If it's more than one, add them all to the same order.
- In the UK, add a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout: it's a QR code you show at any Post Office, so there's nothing to print. Outside the UK, post it to us and we send the address and instructions after booking.
- We check it over first. If it needs more than you booked, we tell you and wait for your OK.
- It's repaired, every input is tested, and it comes back to you tracked, free. Photos or video of the work on request.
Bench time is about 2-3 hours. Standard turnaround is 1-3 working days once it's with us. If you need it back the same day, get in touch with the team about a priority slot before you book. When we're very busy a repair can take up to 7-10 working days, and we'll tell you if so.
