4 produits
All five start from a PS5 DualSense shell with TMR or GuliKit 720 sticks, so drift isn't a concern on any of them — the difference is what's built on top. OG Pro Démarreur is the base spec: drift-free sticks and nothing else, for anyone who wants the fault fixed without paying for features they won't use. OG Pro Headshot adds clicky triggers and back paddles aimed at FPS play — faster trigger reset and paddle inputs without moving a thumb off the stick. OG Pro Tekkers uses GuliKit 720 sticks with haptic triggers and back buttons, built with football and sports titles in mind. OG Pro RL is tuned for Rocket League specifically — four back buttons and clicky triggers for quick input chaining. OG Pro Fully Loaded is the widest spec here: clicky triggers, clicky buttons and four back paddles, for anyone who wants everything rather than a genre-specific build.
If none of the five fit, the Custom Controllers collection lets you spec one from scratch. Every Quick Pick is built to order and tested before it ships, with 12-month coverage.
Common Questions
How does mail-in work?
Choose your repair and pay at checkout, adding a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label if you're in the UK (worldwide, we send you our workshop address). Post it in, we repair and test it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international. Not sure what's wrong? Ask for a quote instead: we confirm the price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are typically turned around in 1 to 3 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and our workmanship. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered - the full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do I pay upfront?
Fixed-price repairs you choose on our site, including mail-in, are paid at checkout. Workshop drop-offs booked by appointment are paid when you collect. If you asked for a quote or sent it in for diagnosis, we confirm the price first and send you a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it - nothing is charged before you approve it. No fix, no fee.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
