Les pannes de console se répartissent en un petit nombre de catégories, quelle que soit la marque : des ports HDMI qui ne transmettent plus de signal (souvent à cause d'un câble tiré en biais plutôt que débranché bien droit), une surchauffe due à des années d'accumulation de poussière et à une pâte thermique séchée, des lecteurs de disques qui ne lisent plus, et des appareils qui ne s'allument plus du tout. Les problèmes de stockage et de connectivité - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, ports USB - apparaissent moins souvent mais suivent le même schéma : un composant physique est défaillant, il ne s'agit pas d'un problème de réglages que vous pourriez résoudre vous-même.
Nous inspectons et diagnostiquons toutes les interventions sur consoles avant d'établir un devis : vous saurez ce qui ne va pas réellement et combien cela coûte avant que nous ne touchions à quoi que ce soit. Si une réparation ne vaut vraiment pas la peine par rapport au remplacement de la console, nous vous le dirons plutôt que d'accepter le travail quand même.
Apportez-la dans notre atelier de Londres ou envoyez-la par courrier ; les consoles voyagent très bien par la poste lorsqu'elles sont correctement emballées, et l'envoi postal bénéficie du même diagnostic et de la même documentation qu'un dépôt en personne. Yes, from anywhere in the UK. Console repairs are UK only; controllers we take from anywhere in the world.
