Dividiamo le riparazioni in due categorie perché i tipi di guasto sono diversi. I guasti della console tendono ad essere meccanici o termici: HDMI porte danneggiate da cavi tirati ad angolo, surriscaldamento dovuto all'accumulo di polvere e pasta termica secca, unità disco che smettono di leggere o unità che non si accendono affatto. I guasti del controller riguardano quasi sempre stick e pulsanti: usura del potenziometro che causa deriva, contatti dei pulsanti usurati, grilletti incollati.
Both get the same process. We inspect before we quote — you get a real diagnosis, not a guess, and we'll say plainly if something isn't worth repairing rather than take the job anyway. Consoles and controllers can be dropped off at our London workshop or posted to us; mail-in gets the same inspection and the same documentation (photos and video where relevant) as anything done in-shop.

How does mail-in work?
Choose your repair and pay at checkout, adding a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label if you're in the UK (worldwide, we send you our workshop address). Post it in, we repair and test it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international. Not sure what's wrong? Ask for a quote instead: we confirm the price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and our workmanship. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered - the full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do I pay upfront?
Fixed-price repairs you choose on our site, including mail-in, are paid at checkout. Workshop drop-offs booked by appointment are paid when you collect. If you asked for a quote or sent it in for diagnosis, we confirm the price first and send you a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it - nothing is charged before you approve it. No fix, no fee.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
