Five pre-built PS5 controller configurations we've settled on after building a lot of custom units — each one is a spec that works, not a random bundle. If you don't want to answer ten spec questions before you can order, pick the one that matches how you actually play and you'll get most of what a full custom build would give you.
All five start from a PS5 DualSense shell with TMR or GuliKit 720 sticks, so drift isn't a concern on any of them — the difference is what's built on top. OG Pro Starter is the base spec: drift-free sticks and nothing else, for anyone who wants the fault fixed without paying for features they won't use. OG Pro Headshot adds clicky triggers and back paddles aimed at FPS play — faster trigger reset and paddle inputs without moving a thumb off the stick. OG Pro Tekkers uses GuliKit 720 sticks with haptic triggers and back buttons, built with football and sports titles in mind. OG Pro RL is tuned for Rocket League specifically — four back buttons and clicky triggers for quick input chaining. OG Pro Fully Loaded is the widest spec here: clicky triggers, clicky buttons and four back paddles, for anyone who wants everything rather than a genre-specific build.

How does mail-in work?
Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered.
Do I pay upfront?
You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
