How much does it cost to repair a PS5 controller in the UK?
At OG Repairs a PS5 DualSense stick drift repair costs £24.99 with standard sticks or £34.99 with TMR sticks. Sticky face buttons are £24.99, L2 or R2 triggers £24.99 and a new battery £19.99. Every price is fixed, with a 12-month warranty.
Can a DualSense Edge controller be repaired?
Yes. OG Repairs repairs DualSense Edge stick modules, back paddles, triggers, buttons and batteries at its London workshop and by post from anywhere. Fitting TMR sticks to both Edge modules costs £64.99, and a back paddle repair £59.99, with a 12-month warranty.
PS5 controller repair questions
How much does a PS5 controller repair cost?
It depends on the fault, and every price is fixed: stick drift £24.99 (TMR sticks £34.99), sticky face buttons or D-pad £24.99, L2 or R2 triggers £24.99, a new battery £19.99 and a charging port £24.99. Extra repairs on the same controller in the same order are 10% off each.
Standard sticks or TMR?
Standard sticks fix the drift you have today; they're the same design as the originals, so they wear the same way. TMR sticks read position with a magnet and don't have the carbon track that wears, so they cost a little more and last longer. Our TMR guide compares them properly.
What if you can't fix it?
Ingen reparation, intet gebyr: Hvis vi ikke kan reparere din controller, betaler du ikke for reparationen.
Will opening my DualSense end Sony's warranty?
Yes. If your controller is still under Sony's warranty, claim on that first. Every repair we do carries our own 12-month warranty.
Kan jeg indsende min controller?
Yes, from anywhere in the world. In the UK, add a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout and show the QR code at any Post Office, so there's nothing to print. From abroad, we send the workshop address and instructions after you book. It comes back to you tracked, free.
How long does a controller repair take?
De fleste reparationer af controllere tager et par timer på bænken, og standardbehandlingstiden er 1 til 3 hverdage, når den er hos os. Har du brug for at få den tilbage samme dag?
