Frontskallen fås i 16 farver og designs: ensfarvede, metallic (sølv, titanium, guld, rosaguld), klare og camo, med Jet Black som standard. Bagskallen fås i sort (standard), hvid eller sort med strukturerede vanddråbe-greb, eller i 10 farver. Hvert DS4-byg får en USB-C-ladeport. Hvert tilvalg koster en fast pris pr. skal, som vises, når du vælger det. Analogsticksene fås i syv farver.
