OG Pro RL ist speziell auf Rocket League abgestimmt - vier Rücktasten und klickbare Trigger für schnelle Eingabeketten. OG Pro Vollausstattung ist die umfangreichste Ausstattung hier: Klick-Trigger, Klick-Tasten und vier Paddles auf der Rückseite, für alle, die alles wollen und nicht nur eine genrespezifische Konfiguration.
Sollte keiner der fünf Standard-Controller passen, können Sie mit der Custom Controllers-Kollektion Ihren Controller individuell konfigurieren. Jeder Quick Pick wird auf Bestellung gefertigt und vor dem Versand getestet; die Garantie beträgt 12 Monate.

How does mail-in work?
Choose your repair and pay at checkout, adding a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label if you're in the UK (worldwide, we send you our workshop address). Post it in, we repair and test it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international. Not sure what's wrong? Ask for a quote instead: we confirm the price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are typically turned around in 1 to 3 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and our workmanship. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered - the full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do I pay upfront?
Fixed-price repairs you choose on our site, including mail-in, are paid at checkout. Workshop drop-offs booked by appointment are paid when you collect. If you asked for a quote or sent it in for diagnosis, we confirm the price first and send you a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it - nothing is charged before you approve it. No fix, no fee.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
