Our London Repair Workshop
We are a real workshop, not a collection point. Consoles and controllers are diagnosed, repaired and tested on the bench at Unit 9, Hatcham Road in SE15. You can drop yours in and collect it when it's done. Every repair carries a 12-month warranty.
Nowhere near SE15? You don't need to be. Console repairs are a UK service - post the console to us from anywhere in the UK. Controllers, drones, Edge and TMR modules, VR headsets and custom builds we take by post from anywhere in the world. Start a mail-in quote.

Hatcham Road is a small road in the industrial pocket between the Old Kent Road and the railway, on the Southwark side of SE15. Three stations are within a walk:
- South Bermondsey — the closest, about a quarter of a mile, roughly a 10-minute walk. Trains to London Bridge.
- Queens Road Peckham — about two thirds of a mile, roughly a 15-minute walk. London Overground and National Rail.
- Surrey Quays — a similar distance, roughly a 15-minute walk. London Overground.
Driving, we're just off the Old Kent Road (A2). If you're coming by bus, check TfL for the stops nearest SE15 1TR — the routes along the Old Kent Road change from time to time and we'd rather send you to the live timetable than to a stale list. What we do at the workshop
The bench work is the same whether you carry it in or post it. Console repairs are UK only - we take them by post from anywhere in the UK, but not from overseas.
