Wie wir Geräte annehmen, prüfen und reparieren - direkt von der Werkstattbank.
Die meisten Reparaturen sind noch am selben Tag fertig, wenn du in unserer Londoner Werkstatt vorbeikommst, oder innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen beim Einschicken. Wir halten dich die ganze Zeit auf dem Laufenden.
Schickt ihr einen Nachweis der Reparatur?
Ja - wir schicken Fotos und ein Vorher-Nachher-Video, das den behobenen Fehler zeigt, damit du dir sicher sein kannst, noch bevor dein Gerät wieder bei dir ist.
Kann ich es persönlich vorbeibringen?
Kunden aus UK können es in unserer Londoner Werkstatt abgeben (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Das Einschicken ist weltweit möglich - wähl einfach beim Checkout deine bevorzugte Option.
Gibt es eine Garantie?
Auf jede Reparatur, jedes Upgrade und jeden Custom-Build gibt es 12 Monate Garantie aus unserer Londoner Werkstatt.

I bought a pair of TMRs for my DualSense Edge, and they fit perfectly. The idea of sending the customer a video and photos of the calibration is excellent - it really instills confidence and credibility. Great work!

Was suffering from stick drift on my PS5 controller so sent it in to OG Repairs for an upgrade to the TMR Gulikit sticks. Photos showing the upgrades, a video pre-upgrade confirming stick drift, then a video post-upgrade showing it was gone. Very impressed and will return.

I ordered a custom controller with back buttons, mouse-click buttons and triggers. Took a bit longer than expected but I was refunded for the extra time thanks to great customer support. Would recommend, and the 1-year warranty is good peace of mind.
