Every controller here fails the same handful of ways. Stick drift is the big one — the potentiometer in a standard analog stick wears down with use and starts registering movement on its own, and it affects DualSense and DualShock 4 exactly as much as it affects the premium pads. SCUF Reflex, Battle Beaver and AIM add their own wear points on top: back paddle mechanisms that loosen or stop registering, and trigger stops that can work themselves out of position.

Bring it to our London workshop or post it in; both get the same inspection and photo/video documentation, and every repair carries 12-month coverage.

How does mail-in work?
Choose your repair and pay at checkout, adding a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label if you're in the UK (worldwide, we send you our workshop address). Post it in, we repair and test it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international. Not sure what's wrong? Ask for a quote instead: we confirm the price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and our workmanship. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered - the full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do I pay upfront?
Fixed-price repairs you choose on our site, including mail-in, are paid at checkout. Workshop drop-offs booked by appointment are paid when you collect. If you asked for a quote or sent it in for diagnosis, we confirm the price first and send you a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it - nothing is charged before you approve it. No fix, no fee.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
