DualSense Edge gets its own line here because it's built differently from the standard pad — the swappable stick modules are meant to be user-replaceable, but they still wear the same way any potentiometer stick does, and the modules can fail independently of the controller body. Standard DualSense, SCUF Reflex, Battle Beaver and AIM controllers all share the same core fault: stick drift from potentiometer wear, plus button and trigger issues that come with heavy use.
The distinction between repair and upgrade matters for pricing and expectation. A repair fixes the specific fault — drift, a dead button, a stuck trigger — and gets your controller back to how it worked when new. An upgrade goes further: TMR sticks that don't wear the same way, back paddles if the model doesn't already have them, trigger stops. Not sure which you need? Drop off at our London workshop or post it in — DualSense Edge modules and controller bodies both travel fine in the post. Everything we finish carries 12-month coverage.

How does mail-in work?
Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered.
Do I pay upfront?
You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
