At OG Repairs, an independent London workshop, a Battle Beaver PS5 stick drift repair is £44.99 with standard sticks or £64.99 with TMR sticks, and a back paddle repair is £59.99. Prices are fixed, controllers can be posted in from anywhere, and repairs carry a 12-month warranty.

OG Repairs repairs Battle Beaver PS5 and Xbox controllers at its workshop in London SE15 and by post from anywhere. It is an independent repairer, not Battle Beaver Customs, so if your pad is still under their warranty, contact them first. Out of warranty, repairs are fixed-price with a 12-month warranty.

How much is a Battle Beaver controller repair?
On the Battle Beaver PS5 pad, stick drift is £44.99 (TMR sticks £64.99), back paddles £59.99 and a new battery £24.99. On the Xbox pad, stick drift is £29.99 and bumpers £34.99.
What if you can't fix it?
No fix, no fee: if we can't repair your controller, you don't pay for the repair.

Yes, from anywhere in the world. In the UK, add a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout and show the QR code at any Post Office, so there's nothing to print. From abroad, we send the workshop address and instructions after you book. It comes back to you tracked, free.
How long does a controller repair take?
Most controller repairs take a couple of hours on the bench, and standard turnaround is 1 to 3 working days once it's with us. Need it back the same day? Get in touch with the team about a priority slot before you book. When we're very busy it can take up to 7-10 working days, and we'll tell you if so.
Where are you in London?
Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London SE15 1TR, just off the Old Kent Road and about 10 minutes' walk from South Bermondsey station. Visits are by appointment, so book a free drop-off slot first.
