The faults that bring an Xbox in are mostly the same four. HDMI ports fail from a cable pulled at an angle or a console knocked off a shelf by its lead; the port is soldered to the mainboard, so it's a board-level repair. Overheating is dust packed into the heatsink plus thermal paste that has dried out; the fix is a deep clean and fresh paste, and it's also what quietens a loud fan. Consoles that won't turn on usually have a failed internal power supply or a short on the board, and disc drives stop reading on the disc models.
Every repair starts with a diagnosis: go ahead and it's included (no fix, no fee). Drop it off at our workshop in London SE15 by appointment, or post it from anywhere in the UK with a prepaid Royal Mail QR label. Console repairs are UK only. Every repair has a 12-month warranty.

How does mail-in work?
Choose your repair and pay at checkout, adding a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label if you're in the UK (worldwide, we send you our workshop address). Post it in, we repair and test it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international. Not sure what's wrong? Ask for a quote instead: we confirm the price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are typically turned around in 1 to 3 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and our workmanship. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered - the full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do I pay upfront?
Fixed-price repairs you choose on our site, including mail-in, are paid at checkout. Workshop drop-offs booked by appointment are paid when you collect. If you asked for a quote or sent it in for diagnosis, we confirm the price first and send you a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it - nothing is charged before you approve it. No fix, no fee.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
