De flesta reparationer blir klara samma dag om du lämnar in den på vår verkstad i London, eller inom 1-3 arbetsdagar vid inskick. Vi håller dig uppdaterad hela vägen.
Skickar ni bevis på reparationen?
Ja - vi skickar foton och en före/efter-video som visar felet åtgärdat, så att du kan känna dig trygg med arbetet redan innan din enhet är tillbaka i dina händer.
Kan jag lämna in den personligen?
Kunder i Storbritannien kan lämna in den på vår verkstad i London (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Inskick är tillgängligt över hela världen - välj bara det alternativ du föredrar i kassan.

Varje reparation, uppgradering och specialbygge omfattas av 12 månaders garanti från vår verkstad i London.
