Stuur ons de DualSense die je al hebt en wij bouwen hem naar jouw wensen: TMR-sticks zonder drift, back buttons, clicky triggers, een nieuwe behuizing of je eigen. Het kost £45 minder dan dezelfde build op een nieuwe controller.
Elke Custom Pro Controller begint op dezelfde manier: een echte PS5 DualSense casco, uitgekleed en opnieuw opgebouwd met de door u gekozen onderdelen. TMR sticks zijn de standaard omdat ze niet afdrijven - ze lezen de stickpositie met een magnetische sensor in plaats van een potentiometer, dus er is geen contactslijtagepunt dat kan falen. Vanaf daar is het jouw beslissing: twee of vier backpaddles, clicky face-knoppen, clicky- of Hall-effect-triggers, frontplaat- en stick-dopkleuren.
We bouwen op bestelling in plaats van uit voorraad, dus de doorlooptijd is langer dan een reparatie. Verwacht te wachten totdat de onderdelen zijn gemonteerd en het apparaat is getest, niet dezelfde dag. Elke build wordt gekalibreerd en gecontroleerd met onze eigen controllertester voordat deze in de doos wordt geplaatst, met foto- of videobevestiging zodat je het werk kunt zien voordat deze vertrekt.
Bestel online en wij bouwen en verzenden; er is geen afleverstap zoals bij een reparatie. Alle op maat gemaakte builds hebben een dekking van 12 maanden, en als een stick of paddle binnen die periode defect raakt, is dit een garantieklus en geen nieuwe kosten.

How does mail-in work?
Choose your repair and pay at checkout, adding a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label if you're in the UK (worldwide, we send you our workshop address). Post it in, we repair and test it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international. Not sure what's wrong? Ask for a quote instead: we confirm the price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are typically turned around in 1 to 3 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and our workmanship. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered - the full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do I pay upfront?
Fixed-price repairs you choose on our site, including mail-in, are paid at checkout. Workshop drop-offs booked by appointment are paid when you collect. If you asked for a quote or sent it in for diagnosis, we confirm the price first and send you a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it - nothing is charged before you approve it. No fix, no fee.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
