When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prices and Billing

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Reparaties en upgrades

Turnaround times quoted on our website for repair and upgrade services are estimates based on our normal workload, and count from the point your device reaches our workshop. Many repairs are completed the same day and most mail-in work goes back out within a few working days.

During busy periods a repair or upgrade may be delayed by up to 7-10 working days. We do everything we can to avoid that, and we keep you informed of progress throughout. Where a repair depends on a part that has to be ordered, or where diagnosis reveals an additional fault, we will tell you before proceeding.

Turnaround estimates do not include postage to or from us. This section does not affect your statutory rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by OG Repairs, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no case shall OG Repairs be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Services or any products procured using the Services.
