How much does a PlayStation repair cost?
Every repair has a fixed price on its page: a PS5 HDMI port is £74.99, a PS5 overheating deep clean £74.99, a PS4 overheating repair £49.99, and PS5 controller repairs start at £14.99.
Brengt u kosten in rekening voor de diagnose?
On consoles: no fix, no fee. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis is included free; if you decide not to, there's a £35 diagnostic fee. Controller repairs come with the same no fix, no fee promise.
Where can I get my PlayStation repaired in London?
At our workshop: Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London SE15 1TR, off the Old Kent Road, about 10 minutes' walk from South Bermondsey station. Visits are by appointment, so book a free drop-off slot first.
Can I post my PlayStation in?
Consoles: yes, from anywhere in the UK, with a prepaid Royal Mail QR label you show at any Post Office (nothing to print) and a free tracked return. Controllers are also accepted by post from abroad. Console repairs are a UK service, so we can't accept consoles posted from outside the UK.
How long does a PlayStation repair take?
Standard turnaround is 1 to 3 working days once it's with us. Consoles that won't turn on usually take 3 to 5 working days. Same-day console repairs are possible with our priority service*; for a same-day controller repair, contact the team first about a priority slot. (*A priority fee applies, and it depends on the fault, parts and how busy the workshop is.)
