Hoe lang duurt een reparatie?
De meeste reparaties zijn dezelfde dag klaar als je langskomt bij onze werkplaats in Londen, of binnen 1-3 werkdagen als je het opstuurt. We houden je de hele tijd op de hoogte.
Sturen jullie een bewijs van de reparatie?
Ja - we sturen foto's en een voor/na-video waarin de opgeloste storing te zien is, zodat je op het werk kunt vertrouwen nog voordat je apparaat weer terug is.
Kan ik het persoonlijk langsbrengen?
Klanten uit het VK kunnen het langsbrengen bij onze werkplaats in Londen (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Opsturen kan wereldwijd - kies gewoon je voorkeursoptie bij het afrekenen.
Is er garantie?
Elke reparatie, upgrade en custom build heeft 12 maanden garantie van onze werkplaats in Londen.
Hoe stuur ik mijn apparaat op?
Kies ‘Opsturen’ bij het afrekenen, verpak je controller of console veilig en stuur die naar onze werkplaats. De volledige stapsgewijze instructies mailen we je na je bestelling.

I bought a pair of TMRs for my DualSense Edge, and they fit perfectly. The idea of sending the customer a video and photos of the calibration is excellent - it really instills confidence and credibility. Great work!

Was suffering from stick drift on my PS5 controller so sent it in to OG Repairs for an upgrade to the TMR Gulikit sticks. Photos showing the upgrades, a video pre-upgrade confirming stick drift, then a video post-upgrade showing it was gone. Very impressed and will return.

I ordered a custom controller with back buttons, mouse-click buttons and triggers. Took a bit longer than expected but I was refunded for the extra time thanks to great customer support. Would recommend, and the 1-year warranty is good peace of mind.

Stuur ons je controller (zelfs met driftende, plakkerige of kapotte sticks) en we herbouwen de analoge sticks met driftvrije TMR voor £ 64,99 - in plaats van £ 112,99 voor een nieuw paar. GuliKit in spanning verstelbare sticks en andere Edge-reparaties zijn ook beschikbaar.
Hoe het werkt: bestel de reparatie → we e-mailen een prepaid bijgehouden label → post je controller op → we upgraden hem en testen hem volledig → hij wordt naar je teruggestuurd met een garantie van 12 maanden.
