Stick drift is de meest voorkomende fout bij allemaal - PS5 DualSense En PS4 DualShock 4 gebruiken hetzelfde potentiometerstokontwerp als de meeste Xbox pads, dus de foutmodus is identiek, ook al ziet de controller er anders uit. Premium-controllers (SCUF, Battle Beaver, DOEL, Xbox Elite Series 2) voegen daarbovenop hun eigen slijtagepunten toe: backpeddelmechanismen, triggerstops en verwisselbare stickmodules die na verloop van tijd loskomen.

What we do depends on the fault. Drift gets fixed with a clean and recalibration if caught early, or a stick swap to TMR if the potentiometer has actually worn out. Paddle and trigger issues are usually mechanical rather than electronic. We diagnose before we quote, so if a repair isn't worth it — the controller's too old, or the fault runs deeper than expected — we'll tell you rather than charge for a job that won't hold.

How does mail-in work?

Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.

How long does it take?

Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.

What's the warranty?

Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered.

Do I pay upfront?

You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.

Is it safe to send my device?

Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.

Was suffering from stick drift on my PS5 controller so sent it in to OG Repairs for an upgrade to the TMR Gulikit sticks. Photos showing the upgrades, a video pre-upgrade confirming stick drift, then a video post-upgrade showing it was gone. Very impressed and will return.

Back button was stuck inside the controller, so it was repaired same day. Slightly longer than estimated but still same day and I've had no issues since.
