¿Cuánto tiempo tardará la reparación?
Nuestro objetivo es completar las reparaciones de la manera más segura y lo antes posible; sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que puede demorar entre 3 y 5 días o más, dependiendo de la disponibilidad de las piezas.
¿Cómo envío mi consola?
Tan pronto como haya completado su pedido, le enviaremos un correo electrónico de confirmación. En el Reino Unido, eso incluye su etiqueta de seguimiento prepago (si eligió una al finalizar la compra): un código QR para usar en su oficina de correos local. Fuera del Reino Unido, enviamos la dirección de nuestro taller y las instrucciones de envío para que pueda enviar su consola por correo.
