We kopen Xbox One alleen volledig werkend in. Een defect apparaat of een apparaat dat niet aangaat, kunnen we helaas niet aannemen.

Hoe stuur ik het in?
De verzendkosten zijn voor onze rekening. Accepteer uw aanbod en we sturen u per e-mail een prepaid-label met tracking. Verpak de Xbox One met wat opvulling, geef het af bij de balie en dat is uw deel. In de buurt van onze werkplaats in Londen? U bent van harte welkom om het in plaats daarvan binnen te brengen.
Krijg ik een gratis verzendlabel?
Bij inruil binnen het VK vanaf £40 wel - accepteer het bod en een voorgefrankeerd label met track & trace komt in je inbox. Onder £40 zou een label met track & trace bijna de hele waarde opslokken, dus dan kies je zelf: gratis een afgiftemoment boeken bij onze werkplaats in Londen, het zelf opsturen naar het adres dat we je mailen, of nog een apparaat toevoegen om op £40 te komen - dan sturen we het label. Buiten het VK regel je de verzending zelf.
Hoe snel word ik betaald?
We testen het op de dag dat het binnenkomt en betalen dezelfde dag nog: rechtstreeks naar uw bank, of als winkeltegoed met 10% extra. Als wat binnenkomt niet overeenkomt met wat u heeft beschreven, praten we met u voordat er iets verandert.
