We split repairs into two categories because the fault patterns are different. Console faults tend to be mechanical or thermal — HDMI ports damaged by cables pulled at an angle, overheating from dust build-up and thermal paste that's dried out, disc drives that stop reading, or units that won't power on at all. Controller faults are almost always about sticks and buttons: potentiometer wear causing drift, worn button contacts, sticky triggers.
Both get the same process. We inspect before we quote — you get a real diagnosis, not a guess, and we'll say plainly if something isn't worth repairing rather than take the job anyway. Consoles and controllers can be dropped off at our London workshop or posted to us; mail-in gets the same inspection and the same documentation (photos and video where relevant) as anything done in-shop.

How does mail-in work?
Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered.
Do I pay upfront?
You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
