Console faults fall into a small number of categories regardless of brand: HDMI ports that stop outputting a signal (usually from a cable pulled at an angle rather than unplugged straight), overheating from years of dust build-up and dried-out thermal paste, disc drives that stop reading, and units that don't power on at all. Storage and connectivity issues — Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, USB ports — show up less often but follow the same pattern: a physical component has failed, not a settings problem you can fix yourself.
We inspect and diagnose before quoting on all console work — you'll know what's actually wrong and what it costs before we touch anything, and if a repair genuinely isn't worth it against a replacement console, we'll say so rather than take the job anyway.
Bring it to our London workshop or post it in; consoles travel fine in the post when packed properly, and mail-in gets the same diagnosis and documentation as an in-person drop-off. All finished repairs carry 12-month coverage. Use the tiles below to get to your specific console.

How does mail-in work?
Tell us the fault and pick a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout (UK), or we'll send our workshop address (worldwide). Post it in, we diagnose and confirm the price, repair it, and ship it back to you tracked - free, UK and international.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days once we receive it. Drop-offs are often same-day. When we're busy, a repair can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that. We keep you updated the whole way with photos and videos.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the world and post it back to you tracked.
What's the warranty?
Every repair and custom build comes with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and our workmanship. We're a full repair shop, so you're covered - the full terms are on our warranty policy page.
Do I pay upfront?
You confirm the quote before we start. For drop-offs you pay on completion; for mail-in you'll be sent a secure payment link once we've diagnosed it.
Is it safe to send my device?
Absolutely. We handle thousands of devices, track everything, and send you photos/videos of the work. Every device is tested before it goes back.
