Flexgate is a fault on 2016-2017 MacBook Pros like the MacBook Pro 15-inch Touch Bar 2016-2017 (A1707): the backlight cable is short and wears as the lid opens and closes, so the screen goes dark past a certain angle and shows a "stage light" glow along the bottom. How do I get my MacBook Pro 15 2016-2017 (A1707) to you?
Post it to us from anywhere in the UK: add a prepaid Royal Mail label at checkout and you get a QR code to show at any Post Office, so there is nothing to print. A MacBook always goes as a Medium parcel; pack it in a padded box with at least 5 cm of padding all round and leave the charger at home unless we ask for it. We post it back tracked. In London you can also drop it off at our workshop by appointment.

Yes: a 12-month warranty on parts and labour, the same as every OG Repairs repair. The warranty covers the work we did and the parts we fitted; it does not cover new accidental or liquid damage, or normal battery wear over time.
