Most repairs are completed the same day if you drop off at our London workshop, or within 1-3 business days for mail-in. We keep you updated throughout. When we're busy, a repair or upgrade can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that and keep you updated.
Do you send proof of the repair?
Yes - we send photos and a before/after video showing the fault fixed, so you can be confident in the work before your device is even back in your hands.
Can I drop it off in person?
UK customers can drop off at our London workshop (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Mail-in is available worldwide - just choose your preferred option at checkout.
Is there a warranty?
Every repair, upgrade and custom build is backed by a 12-month warranty from our London workshop.
How do I mail in my device?
Choose ‘Mail in’ at checkout, package your controller or console securely, and send it to our workshop. Full step-by-step instructions are emailed to you after you order.
