How long will the repair take?
We aim to complete repairs in 1 day, however it can take up to 3 days.
How do I send my console in?
As soon as you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email with our address to send your console in to, or a prepaid shipping label if you opted for this option during checkout.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs carried out at OG Repairs.
Can you repair a modified console?
No. If your console has been modified, unfortunately we can't repair it.
Do you send proof of the repair?
Yes - we send photos and a before/after video showing the fault fixed, so you can be confident in the work before your device is even back in your hands.
Can I drop it off in person?
UK customers can drop off at our London workshop (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Mail-in is available worldwide - just choose your preferred option at checkout.
