If your Custom DualSense Controller will not turn on, light up or connect, our no power repair is £49.99. We test the battery, USB-C port and power circuit on the bench, find what has failed and repair it, then test the whole pad. 12-month warranty. Typical turnaround is 2-3 hours. Because the custom DualSense is built on a DualSense, we work on the stock board and the OG Repairs parts on top of it.

Yes. Every repair and upgrade we carry out on a controller comes with a 12-month warranty from our London workshop, and we send photos or video of the finished work before it ships back to you.
