For £59.99 we repair sticky or unresponsive L2 / R2 triggers on your Custom DualSense Controller. We strip the trigger assemblies, clean them, replace worn or broken parts and test the full pull. Sticky triggers are one of the most common faults we see. 12-month warranty. Typical turnaround is 2-3 hours. Because the custom DualSense is built on a DualSense, we work on the stock board and the OG Repairs parts on top of it.

Mail it in from anywhere: UK orders can include a prepaid tracked label, and international customers get our workshop address and packing instructions by email. We send it back tracked at no extra charge. In the UK you can also drop it off at our London workshop by appointment.
Is the trigger repair covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every repair and upgrade we carry out on a controller comes with a 12-month warranty from our London workshop, and we send photos or video of the finished work before it ships back to you.
