Do you buy a broken Nintendo Switch?
Yes. Faulty, water-damaged or completely dead, we'll still make an offer. Repairing and refurbishing is what we do all day, so a Nintendo Switch nobody else will touch is usually still worth cash — and if it's beyond saving, we buy it for parts. How much cash can I get for my Nintendo Switch?
In full working order it's around £65 by bank transfer, or £72 if you trade in for store credit. Faulty and non-working units come in lower — choose the condition above and the figure updates straight away. Will you buy a Nintendo Switch with a cracked screen?
Yes. Cracked glass, dead pixels, lines across the display — screens are one of the most common jobs on our bench, so a smashed handheld still has real value. Same goes for drifting sticks. Tick the faults above and the estimate updates as you tick.
What about a Nintendo Switch that won't charge, or one for parts?
Still worth sending. A dud charging port, a battery that dies within the hour, or a handheld that's only fit for spares or repair all get an offer — lower than a working one, but a real number rather than nothing. Postage is free and we test it the day it lands.
How do I send it in?
Postage is on us. Accept your offer and we email a tracked prepaid label — box the Nintendo Switch up with some padding, drop it at the counter, and that's your part done. Near our London workshop? You're welcome to bring it in instead. Prepaid labels are for trade-ins of £40 or more; under that, book a free drop-off at the workshop or post it yourself - or add another device to reach £40.
Do I get a free postage label?
On UK trade-ins of £40 or more, yes - accept the offer and a tracked prepaid label lands in your inbox. Under £40 a tracked label would eat most of the value, so you choose instead: book a free drop-off at our London workshop, post it yourself to the address we email you, or add another device to take the total to £40 and we'll send the label. Outside the UK, postage is arranged by you.
How fast do I get paid?
We test on the day it lands and pay the same day — straight to your bank, or as store credit with 10% added on top. If what arrives doesn't match what you described, we talk to you before anything changes.
