What condition can your Nintendo Switch be in?
Short answer: almost any. These are the ones we see most often, and none of them stop us making an offer.

A charging port that's loose, bent or full of pocket lint.

Common questions
Do you buy a broken Nintendo Switch?
Yes. Faulty, water-damaged or completely dead, we'll still make an offer — repairing and refurbishing is what we do all day, so a unit nobody else will touch is usually still worth money. Tell us what's up with it on the form above and the estimate adjusts as you go.
How much is my Nintendo Switch worth?
In full working order it's around £70 by bank transfer, or £77 if you take store credit. Faulty and non-working units come in lower — choose the condition above and the figure updates straight away. That's an estimate until we've tested it, and we confirm the real number within one working day.
How do I send it in?
Postage is on us. Accept your offer and we email a tracked prepaid label — box the Nintendo Switch up with some padding, drop it at the counter, and that's your part done. Near our London workshop? You're welcome to bring it in instead.
How fast do I get paid?
We test on the day it lands and pay the same day — straight to your bank, or as store credit with 10% added on top. If what arrives doesn't match what you described, we talk to you before anything changes.
